Hi,
first, let me show my appreciation to this amazing feature!
The question is: is the time elapsed for giving the solution used to compute the Elo variation? Or the only parameter is the rating of the exercise?

No, the time it takes you to solve the Chess Tactics exercise doesn't influence your tactical rating in any way. It's only provided for statistical purposes.
