S-ware:1.Dictate/2.Scan Scoresheet Moves

I am interested in finding software program(s) that will do either or both of these functions: To be able to scan some manner of written Chess scoresheets, even if it would require a certain scoresheet to be used for recording tournament games. And the program then convert the scanned sheet to PGN or similar file.

Aor a program that will convert what I dictate verbally (in English, whether American or British accent required into text. Essentially doing the reverse of programs that will read text aloud to me. I already have that, but need to find dictation software. It only needs to handle basic English speaking, tho if it IS oriented to Chess specifically, that is fantastic. Or Basic English but lets me ADD words so I can teach it to spell Fianchetto and Zugzwang, myself.

I just reviewed the online sales catalog for my new HP Laptop, with the latest Windows and IE programs installed already, but had no luck finding what I seek. Next I will try to Google for them. But thought it would really be better if someone could tell me about what they have found and used, or heard of, or had recommended, instead.

It just occurred to me, I seem to recall having heard such programs referred to as Recognition Programs ... so I guess I am looking for Written Recognition and Speech Recognition Ware? Im more certain of having heard the latter term used than the former one though.

I used to play on line with a blind chess player. I think he knew quite a bit about recognition programs. Have sort of lost contact with him, but I will see if I can make contact.
