Which move would you have made?I debated moving the knight from a1 to b2 forcing him to use his king to take my knight but I went for taking the pawn instead. In the end I figured it was better to take the pawn off the board than taking away the option to castle (assuming that my opponent was going to take the knight regardless of my move). I guess I could have done something not involving the knight, but I wanted to get something out of losing him. What might you have done and why? |

Agree with heinzkat...Probably it is better to wait until the end of the game, but if you really were impatient for an answer, why not simply wait until a half-dozen moves have gone by, and then put the question 'out there'? Then any answers will be unlikely to have an influence on the game. Incidentally, there is a third option you didn't mention. Perhaps we can take up this thread later on and explore the position.
