Does anybody have any material on this? I had to play against this recently and thought it must be a mitake
but couldn't exploit it properly. Thanks in advance.

Not one of the better defenses although it has been played by both William Steinitz and Akiba Rubinstein. As White just make common sense moves and you should be all right.
