Mini-Tournament
Is it possible to invite specific people to a mini-tournament if it's not an "invitational" tournament?

I've never created a mini-tournament before and I'd like some specific players to be in it, but I don't have enough for all the slots.

I don't know, but you could always send them a PM with a link to your tournament, asking them to join.
