                 I love to play chess!! I have started to take up weight training and find that my time has been shortened by the extra effort at the gym. I changed plans with studies, took the Advanced Weight Training Specialist and have completed the course with good results. Time will be spent in the gym some nights helping with the training of new clients. Looking forward to new challenges that the accrediation will bring me. I will not take on any new challenges except from those who I have been friends with on the site. I do want to complete the course with great results. The picture seen here is of me in my hometown taken in Feb 05. I have made a few friends here.
