                 Captain of the Cynical Cynics (we are always looking for new players so please ask) & a Gooner living in exile in Manchester....... The Champions League final was brilliant, gutted that we lost, but the experience was amazing. I cannot put into words the feeling of going one-nil up with 10 men against Barcelona. Sunday October 7th, 2007 -- My first trip to the Emirates to watch the mighty Arsenal beat Sunderland 3 - 2....................Arsenal 7 - Slavia Prague 0, dare we start believing?............. Middlesbrough away, lost 2 - 1, awful day out -- no we daren't start believing!...........Everton away won 4 - 1, hilarious evening out -- TOUCHDOWN!!!!........... Newcastle home, Manchester City away, two wins, 6 goals scored, great fun, we really do look like we could do it............. then went to see us get thrashed by United :(..... Bolton away, funniest game I have ever been to, the night out after was even better!.... I cannot believe the Scousers knocked us out of the Champions League, HOW?! :(....... 08/09 cannot wait, time for the youngsters to win something.....First two games, 7 goals, vanquished Bolton and Blackburn -- not bad :)........ Hull City at home WTF?!..... Burnley away, cold boring and Bendtner's crap... Villa away, sigh, I guess we will have to see what 2009 brings...... West Brom away and I am starting to believe again; Arshavin to fill Bergkamp's boots and Arsenal to return to our most successful formation; can't wait for next year!..... Liverpool away 4 - 4, AMAZING! -- what was that I said about Arshavin :)...... United away, Champions League semi final first leg, pathetic :-(..... New season, new hope, I actually think we can do it with Arshavin leading the line, bring on 2009/10 :-)....
