My name is Bob (bbrown) I became Captain after Micah (0t_prophet) decided to leave Gameknot. Micah (0t_prophet) was co-founder of this team ,He shared the captaincy of this team with another co-founder, Agustin (agustincaceres). Bearz1 is the third co-founder of the team, but unfortunately he has left gameknot. Bearz1 is the original captain of the team Triton (named after his dog). He has been instrumental in the creation of this new team,Micah thought of a name that would show some respect for him and the type of teams that he helped create. Rules are simple: 1. Play your best 2. Don’t time out 3. Be courteous Every member must be available to play the minimum allowed team games; vacation, illness, or other valid reasons obviously acceptable, just let me or a co-captain know. Intimidating, or demeaning comments to ANY team member is not acceptable. Let's learn from each other and improve ourselves. If you need help, just ask, that is what we are here for. No member is any less or more important than the next. I stole this TIME-OUT policy from the smashedcrabs. I thought it was a good policy so it will be our policy also. *TIME-OUT POLICY* A great deal of time and effort goes into organising team games. To time-out in a team game not only damages ones own rating but also damages the rating & Ladder Position of the whole team and lets your playing partner(s) down and the whole team as well. if you feel that 3 day matches don`t allow you enough time, please set your team game preferences to either 5 or 7 day. You can also use your vacation flag to give you more time. If you do time-out you will be given 7 days to make contact where u will be asked for a valid reason as to why it occurred and may be asked to change you settings to 5 or 7 day games to prevent future time-outs. If u do not make Contact with a simple Msg as to why, I'll Just presume that u don't want to be part of our team any more. 1st Strike Timeout - U will be suspended from being issued any games for 4 weeks. (unless a valid reason has been provided). 2nd Strike Timeout - If any timeouts occur while already serving a suspension, Ur on thin ice & better make sure that you make contact & plead a good case or u will no longer be on the Team. 3rd Strike Timeout - If you timeout on 3 separate occasions within a 6 month period u will be removed from the team.
