Although difficult, it is not impossible to be ejected, rejected and shamefully escorted to walk the 'proverbial plank' and cast off the team. It is more likely that Motley Crue will fire their drummer for casual drug use. However, the following criteria shall ensure harmony & understanding and leave no margin for error in team rules:
1.) No single player is more important than the team. No threats or ultimatums shall be tolerated at any time. Hence, Da Pirates will employ multiple co-captains in order to avoid another mutinous meltdown and ensure a healthy balance of power.
2.) Time outs. Players who "time out" on team matches are of no service to fellow Pirates and subject to public humiliation.
*Swine Flu is the only foreseeable excuse that is valid accompanied by doctors note.
3.) Being a fan of Ashton Kutcher is grounds for immediate dismissal.
Age Policy: due to the numerous, profanity laced motivational clips that will be sporadically implemented via youtube to strategically inspire us in team matches, juveniles are encouraged to lie about their age.
