| Description: | Chess is a team whose members want to play better. We have been near the TOP of the chess ladder for over six months, and plan on staying in the top ten forever, but that depends upon our players.
Timing out on team games, especially when our boards are even or better in material or position, hurts the overall team effort and morale. Team policy is that time outs are not permitted without valid reasons. All time outs are followed up by team management and action will be taken, if warranted.
This is a dynamic team with focus on learning and performance. We care about each other and we work together to improve and have a great time playing chess.
