We are looking for dependable teamplayers of any rating to fill our ranks! We do not have a formal entry requirement as many other teams do, but we do check some things! Such as 1- Timeout history: We have had many problems in the past with recurrent timeouts. But we also do know timeouts can happen for a great deal of reasons - life always comes first! We aim to reach a good compromise! Please try your best not to timeout, but if that is not possible, we would like you to write us a short message on what happened and also let us know when you will be available to play new team games. The only thing we don't like is our players vanishing, timeouting, coming back and not even getting a message from them! This put us all in an uncomfortable situation as we do not know if the player is still reliable, whether to assign them new team games (and when), etc. As mentioned above, an open communication is essential to run the team smoothly! 2- Sporting players! Please be a gentleman/lady when playing opponents! <--- We have a zero-tolerance policy about this! Any player being to rude to its opponent will be removed from the team! 3- Do not be disruptive within the team either! We have had a few players like this, and of course we will remove the offender immediately! We want harmony within the team, not troublemakers! Troublemakers need not apply - go create your team, or something! ******** An important message for team captains/co-captains: If we don't answer your challenge it's because we can't match the players at that particular moment. We will leave it open for the time being and check it back periodically to see if we can match. Please feel free to withdraw whenever you choose. ==================== Si queres unirte a nuestro equipo, por favor lee lo siguiente antes: - No nos envies una solicitud de ingreso sin ninguna informacion, presentate brevemente a cheeky_Knight (capitan) o a uno de nuestros co-capitane (oblivious_desire). Es muy importante para nosotros mantener una comunicacion abierta, es una condicion para manejar al equipo de manera exitosa. - En el pasado, tuvimos un monton de problemas con los timeouts, y eso es algo que no nos gusta. Un timeout por accidente nos puede pasar a todos, ya que hay cosas mucho mas importantes que el ajedrez, pero es importante hablar del tema, para prevenir mas timeouts, y no desaparecer sin aviso, porque es algo que al fin y al cabo nos remuerde la conciencia. Tambien otra opcion es que jugues un numero limitado (bajo) de juegos de equipo, no hay ningun problema con eso. Es tu eleccion, solamente nos tenes que hacer saberla! - Nos toma tiempo administrar este equipo, pero estamos orgullosos de ser capitanes de este gran equipo!
