We also ask that you try and avoid timeouts to the greatest extent possible and that you let me know the reason if you timeout. Almost everyone who times out usually has a good reason for it or you wouldn't play here in the first place. I'd just need to know what it is. I am still looking for players of all strengths. One of my problems in getting matches for us is that I don't have enough folks in the right rating ranges when we challenge or are challenged. Also, many of these teams don't want to risk their position by playing us, while others feel that we overmatch them. In order to get more games for you, I need to have a team that is a little bit larger.
Ill try to match team games within 75 Elo points if not else wise agreed with the opposite team captain.

We are actively looking for new members in any rating range. It may be a couple of days before I add you to the team because I don't check the email here every day. I am working on changing that. Again, all are welcome, regardless of rating.
