if i put the knight in f3, then i wont play f4 i whant to conserve th avantage of f4 after castle in order to treat f7 whith the rook, like king gambit, but king gambit is to risky an never worker whith good player that know how to play it so, i'm experimenting ....

This is not a fine move for white and it has no reason to do that. Why not Nf3? Or Nc3? What is the advantage you're gonna get? And also why did you plan to play f4 from the beginning?? There's no reason to go for f4 at the beginning, as you are messing your kings side. You should play more symmetrical or play the Kings Gambit at once.

There is a huge disadvantage about 3.Ne2, and that is development. Pawn development is not necessary at this point, so it is wise to seek 3.Nf3 instead. There is nothing much White can do on the f-file, especially when Black castles Kingside.

Losing move for Black unless he has enogh compensation. A Bishop is not worth a pawn and castling, White can always castle by hand.

Instead of 5.Rf1 you should have played 5. Nc3 and then Rf1.

Your knight on e2 is blocking your Queen and your pawns are still closed. Also you make a hole in the g1-a7 line and its better to move your king on h1 later on. After 6 moves you have done nothing in your development and your defence, only to play f4 that never hapenned actually.

After 8 moves you have a problem in controling the centre, plus your knight is still on b1 and your bishop on c1. Your development is not going so well. Black's pawn on the centre are quite good so far but they need protection like Nc6, Re8 etc

c3 to play d4 then? Maybe its good but needs many moves to do that. You have to move your bishop from b3 your b2 pawn and then your BSB from c1.

This is a mess. After Nc6 and Re8 black is having a quite good position. White's queen is isolated from the preces same as the DSBishop. Well as i said before this is a mess, and you spent many moves just to play Ba3. Better here is 10.Be3 and if d4 then Bf2.

Although 1 point up, White is on the edge of an iceburg. Black is lacking material, but White is cramped up in a bad way.
