Annotated chess game

This is not really a game (even though two Ukrainian GMs played it in the national championship as a Grandmaster Draw...silly guys), but more of a puzzle on its own. It is - as far I know - the quickest stalemate in the game. Just enjoy! If you ever have to play a friend or a teammate in a tournament, maybe you should consider playing the following moves rather than playing those quick, way-too-obvious and boring draws.
