I call this 'The Tiff-tiff Opening', as do all my fellow dweeb friends who I play chess with. Tiff-tiff is an utter dweeb who has been proven to be less manly then all of his dweebish friends, most of which happened to be girls, so I dubbed him Tiffany, which eventually evolved to Tiff-tiff. Tiff-tiff claimed he could beat anyone at chess in less than five moves, and so, to prove him wrong, and to prove myself a more righteous geek than him, I sought out to destroy him; which I thoroughly did. I cannot say the same for all of those who have played Tiff-tiff. Since then, however, all of the dweebs who know Tiff-tiff love to play this opening on clueless people. (Especially me. xD) =) I'm going to show you how you can make the Tiff-tiff opening work; but do take heed, I'm purposely moving Black's pieces in ways that won't effect the Tiff-tiff opening, it is a painfully easy opening to counter.
1. e4
There are really only two pieces involved in the Tiff-tiff opening, the bishop and the queen. The first step is to clear the way for both the bishop and the queen.

Do-de-doot-doot-dooo...

2. Bc4
The second step is to place your bishop so that it is attack the King-side, on the square diagonal to the king.

2... b6 3. Qf3
Can you see what's happening? Yeah, hard to miss, easy to block. Uberly easy, actually.

3... b5 4. Qxf7#
Ta-da! The Tiff-tiff opening!
