Black seems to have a distinct advantage now.

A disastrous move. Black now has a forced mate. Although things had become difficult, white could still have resisted, by 25.Kh1. Not so good would have been 25.Nh4? Qf6! when the knight has tamely to return to f3: 26.Nf3 Bxf3 27.gxf3 Qh4 28.d4 (to stop ...Qg3+) 28...Rf6 and Black has a winning attack.

Hard lines. White was doing quite well up until the last two or three moves, and was still in with a chance until his 25th and final move.

You cannot stop checkmate. 26. Bg5+ Qxg5 delays it one move, and then 27. g3 Qxg3# (the f-pawn is pinned) or any other move 27... Qxg2#. I was hoping you would let me play the pin-mate, which is quite an elegant one.
