Something vaguely similar turned up in my game against the winner of the 1983 Easter Tournament in Wellington. Prior to this I hadn't played even Club chess fro about 9 months. This was Round 3 and this position was reached after Black's 21st:
Of course I saw the drawing line: 22.Qh3ch Kg8 23.Qe6ch Kh8 etc. But I thought I'd be clever and played something else. Of course I lost PDQ. Had I continued 'per spec' I might have found 24.Rfe1!? with an unclear game...
