 Now, a nice little sacrifice finishes things off.

 
26. Rxh7+ Kxh7 27. Rh1+ Kg8 28. Qh2
 Black could have played on with 28...Qxc2 29. Bxc2 f6, which is the only way to stop Qh8#, but this would only have delayed the inevitable a few moves longer.
