21. f4
h4 and f4 are equally good here. Of course, the Black queen cannot take f4 because of Qe7#.

 
21... g5
This is the only move that prevents White from mating immediately by pushing his own pawn to g5. Nevertheless, it is mate for sure in less than 10 moves. Limbos will play 22. h4 but 22. Bxf5 would also work. In my next & last paragraph, I will summarize the lessons learned after this game. The attack of Paul Limbos worked, and he won because --->

 
22. h4
1) He played his pieces to good attacking squares (Bd3, Nge2, and Bg5). 2) Even if Bogart had defended well, Limbos's attack did not have any risks so Limbos would retain a small development and space advantage anyhow. 3) After he followed his plan Ne2-g3-h5, he made a new plan: Rf1-e1-e7. 4) He did not give his opponent a come-back chance, and hit with Re1 & g4.
