I have a game, that I annotated some time ago. It was an epic and historic one between me and my coach Jack Stockel. Before, this, to be honest, I was guilty of not thinking ahead. Well, in this particular, I had a won game as I already won a Q for a R. Plus, I was even further ahead, but I missed one exchange which turned a win into a loss, as that mistake allowed him to compensate for lost material. So, the moral is to think steps ahead and not just move by move. This is important to remember in chess and in life. For that reason, this is the first time that I annotated a game, without remembering all of the positions, as it was just too important not to since this was the most instructive game of my life. Meaning, that so far, I learned, by far, the most from this game. The annotation is shown below. gameknot.com
