Hi Terence, Now that we are a pawn up however, do you feel we should initiate a trade of rooks on the basis of being ahead in material it may be good to swap off pieces so that the extra pawn will be decisive in the endgame? The only merit it has is that at least a set of pieces were exchanged which could be advantageous as we are a pawn up which I stated in an earlier note. I have made sure that we stay a pawn up by playing b6 preventing Bxb7. Here is the board:- Depending on how Martin moves, I feel that Kf8 to prepare a double rook trade by getting out of the pin may be next on the agenda but I will leave you to contemplate better ideas.
