Fines
The fines issued for one Mississippi church April 8th were rescinded April 14th.

Kind of surprising someone would make this kind of mistake in deep red, ultra conservative Mississippi.

Sad but True
If listening to an obsessive compulsive lying malignant narcissist and his propaganda machine is "Being Woke" then I kinda feel sorry for all of you.

Oh this new liberal Hoax, has only claimed 100k lives in 4 months. But no fear it is no worse than the flu, remember?

Yeah totally under control and it magically disappeared already right?

Yeah keep following those carrots

JAN 22
“We have it totally under control. ... It’s going to be just fine.”
— Donald Trump

JAN 30
“We think we have it very well under control. We have very little problem in this country at this moment — five. And those people are all recuperating successfully. But we’re working very closely with China and other countries, and we think it’s going to have a very good ending for it. So that I can assure you.”
— Donald Trump

FEB 24
“The Coronavirus is very much under control in the USA. … Stock market starting to look very good to me”
— Donald Trump

FEB 25
“You may ask about the coronavirus, which is very well under control in our country. We have very few people with it, and the people that have it are … getting better. They’re all getting better. … As far as what we’re doing with the new virus, I think that we’re doing a great job.”
— Donald Trump

FEB 26
“And again, when you have 15 people, and the 15 within a couple of days is going to be down to close to zero, that's a pretty good job we've done."
— Donald Trump

FEB 28
“It’s going to disappear. One day, it’s like a miracle, it will disappear.”
— Donald Trump

MARCH 2
"We had a great meeting today with a lot of the great companies and they're going to have vaccines, I think relatively soon.”
— Donald Trump

MARCH 6
“Anybody that needs a test, gets a test. They’re there. They have the tests. And the tests are beautiful.”
— Donald Trump

MARCH 6
[Holding rallies] “doesn't bother me at all.”
— Donald Trump

MARCH 9
“So last year 37,000 Americans died from the common Flu. It averages between 27,000 and 70,000 per year. Nothing is shut down, life & the economy go on.”
— Donald Trump

MARCH 10
“And we’re prepared, and we’re doing a great job with it. And it will go away. Just stay calm. It will go away.”
— Donald Trump

MARCH 12
“It’s going to go away. ... The United States, because of what I did and what the administration did with China, we have 32 deaths at this point … when you look at the kind of numbers that you’re seeing coming out of other countries, it’s pretty amazing when you think of it.”
— Donald Trump

MARCH 17
“Federal Government is working very well with the Governors and State officials. Good things will happen!”
— Donald Trump

MARCH 17
"I've always known this is a real — this is a pandemic. I felt it was a pandemic long before it was called a pandemic."

Praise for Xi
You should include his praise for how successfully Xi combatted Covid, and his attacks on China's failure. A double minded man is unstable in all his ways.

What I thought was incredibly irresponsible was the crowds shown flocking together here in the USA yesterday, Veterans' Day.

I have never seen a United States President , who needs so many stories , excuses, and deflections to explain why it is always someone else's fault. It's one excuse and story after another.

My dear friend Shirley, yesterday was Memorial day. And yes all these people are doing is making this horiffic time, longer and more horiffic than it has to be.

Behold the white horse who has rode forth Bent on conquest.

I received a private message from someone in England - a player concerned about another player - and this was one of his comments to me:

"We have passed our peak here in England and are still in lockdown. Alas I feel it’s going to get worse in USA before it gets better. Predicted 3,000 deaths a day across the states."

I am wondering who is predicting that.

The White Horse is a good analogy, Robert. And yes, my error, Memorial Day not Veterans Day. If anyone wants to know the significance of the White Horse, I will post it.

3000 per Day
<<I am wondering who is predicting that.>>

They aren't really predicting it so much as laying out scenarios. It is fair to call it a prediction, but they just kind of hate that word as it is ghoulish. Like a "dead pool." Placing bets on who gets closest to the actual death toll...

I think most models show the US relaxing countermeasures boosting the death toll by this much. Initially New York had such big numbers they kind of swamped the rest of the US. They have gotten a pretty decent handle on things, while other states are ramping up to match them.

I know a guy I work with who insists the east side of our state needs to increase our death rate to catch up with the west side.

Which Lives Matter? (Taken from Jen Sorensen)

"Mr. Arbery, a black jogger, was shot by two white men."

"Well, these things happen. Don't bother me with trifles."

"In a different attack eight years ago, four lives were lost in Benghazi."

"EVERY LIFE IS A TINY INFINITE UNIVERSE! HILLARY CLINTON IS A MURDERER!"

"What about the 100,000 Americans who have perished from Covid-19 so far?"

"Ho hum, just thinning the herd. Shedding useless surplus. Cars kill people too, you know."

"So on that rare occasion a fatal accident is caused by an illegal immigrant..."

"WE MUST STOP THIS CARNAGE BY ANY MEANS NECESSARY!"

Shirley:
The President has ordered that the places of worship be opened,
and in a press conference today, he said that if the pastors and leaders
of those communities decide it is too early - that is OK, too.
In NYC, the mayor said he had a conference with the religious
leaders and they decided it is too early.

Like the governors and the mayors, the religious leaders bear some
responsibility to public safety.

It is incongruous to lock the churches up, while the liquor stores
and abortion clinics let the people come and go as they please.

At this time, the virus impact has dropped tremendously.
Yesterday, only 3 deaths from COV were reported in Manhattan.

Abortion Clinics
If you don't get an abortion now, it will be too late later on. They don't do elective late term abortions, contrary to the many lies you may hear.

Also, abortions are performed by a medical doctor typically wearing a facemask, using antiseptic measures. Church services typically are NOT given by a pastor who greets each parishioner at the door with a warm and friendly handshake, and the congregants greet one another with hugs at intervals during the service.

Plus, while it may be to early to attend church services now, we anticipate at some future date churches will be free to open again.

You do have a good point about liquor stores. I'm not sure why these are regarded as essential businesses. I hear people complain that grocery stores should not be regarded as essential, but that strikes me as idiotic.

The rule of three is that you can go about three minutes without air, three days without water, and three weeks without food. People have been known to survive three decades or more without church OR alcohol.

President Attacks
The president also attacked Joe Scarsborough, pushing a nasty lying conspiracy theory about the death of Mrs. Klausutis, whose heart condition resulted in her dying from a fall.

There is a rumor Twitter is finally going to take some action, linking the president's false and lying tweets to fact checks. The president's vicious lies have caused considerable grief for the family over the years, and they have requested Twitter ban the Orange Twitler.

www.cbsnews.com

They may also fact check Dr. Groper's many false claims about Covid cures. He insisted he had been using hydroxychloroquine as a prophylactic, which if true, would be the first time he had used one of those.

Elective Late Term Abortion
Yes, listen to him. Two physicians have to concur the abortion is not purely elective--the diagnosis must be confirmed AND, of course, the mother must be adamant she wants this procedure.

No abortions should ever be performed on anyone unwilling to have one.

Gross deformity does not constitute "elective" abortion. If the woman isn't going to have a healthy child, why torture her?

shirlmygirl
26-May-20, 18:08

The President said before this past weekend that he would override the governors to open the churches. Once again, he has backtracked on the advice of wiser people.

I am fairly sure that late term abortions were banned in the US some time ago.

It has been published that alcohol sales have risen dramatically since people became restricted to their homes and social distancing. Not a good thing at all.

Trump Leadership
You have a family member who is so toasted he can barely get his car keys in the lock. You grab his hand and tell him you are calling Über. Groper is the guy yelling at you, don't be a wuss--it is only twenty miles. He'll be nearly sober by the time he gets home. Here, have a wine cooler for the road!

Today the idiot asked a reporter to remove his mask and then chided him for being "politically correct."

Memorial Day
Yesterday was Memorial Day, so instead of taking this time to remember the hundred thousand Americans who have perished from Covid or honoring our veterans, Dr. Groper decided he should disparage veteran Conor Lamb, calling him "Conner Lamm" (it would be too much for Groper to respectfully can a decorated war hero's name right) and outright lying about his record. Groper claimed Lamb supported Nancy Pelosi for Speaker of the House. He was one of 15 Democrats who did NOT.

Dr. Groper then tweeted hurtful lies about a man's dead wife. Twitter has finally agreed to fact check Groper's Twitter lies. So finally--though he should just be banned and not permitted to speak his lies and deceits.

Rather than get caught up in the off-topic blather, I will
attempt to link this to the topic of COV19. As mentioned
in one of my precious posts, vaccines do have some
human derived ingredients. I suspect that these come from
aborted fetuses, although I can not confirm this.

This is an article about how aborted fetuses are being sold,
with proof from witnesses under oath in court.

Lies
He told the man to take off his mask. What I wrote was a parody of that.

When Groper mocked the testimony of Dr. Ford, he claimed she said she could not remember anything save that she had one beer. "That is all I remember.". The statement was false as she never said anything like that, but Groper was just being a jerk.

When Adam Schiff mocked Groper's "perfect" phone call he whined like a little baby over it. Dr. Groper can dish it out but sure hates the taste of his own medicine. He must have stuffed that hydroxychloroquine into pieces of chocolate cake, or pieces of KFC.

Did you see where he called Hillary Clinton "a skank?". This after calling Stacie Abrams fat and going on about Nancy Pelosi's teeth, after first pushing a nasty, hurtful, lying conspiracy theory about the death of a woman. Not the first time the insensitive brute has gone after lost loved ones. He beleaguered a bereaved war widow early on in his presidency.

And chose Memorial Day to attack veteran Conor Lamb, lying about his record and calling him Conner Lamm. Our president is an enormous repoductive organ, sporting a tiny little nobbin.

His constant lying is troublesome.

The fact his "fans" think it's funny because the press hates it, is a serious problem. How many
Americans are NOT wearing a mask because of this man?

Presidential Lies
All the above was about the day our nation topped 100,000 dead.

One point six million Americans have tested sick of winning, with another one hundred thousand sick to death of winning so hard.

I won't wear a mask and it's not because of Trump.

You folks are obsessed with Trump and it's mildly amusing, but it's also overtly obvious that you are clinging to the manufactured dempanic because you rightly think it's your best last hope to damage the president and stop his inevitable re-election.

I hate to admit that your pathetic desperation is entertaining, but it is even though I only bother to read the insanity you spew every week or two.

Winning! One in four US workers unemployed.

Our present situation would have been a real challenge even with competent leadership.
