One World Government
What is wrong with that? Much more efficient allocation of resources. Hopefully the world would avoid the colossal mistake of a leader like Trump.

All humanity recognizing their commonality as one people. One world government would be best for reducing perennial conflicts erupting regularly around the world. Plus it is probably (hopefully) inevitable. The sooner the better.

There is one God-given right that must be preserved, the right
of free-will: liberty. This is enshrined in the US Constitution, and
too many people have died defending this inalienable right. We
must never forget this.

The traditional method of government is hierarchical centralization,
but we have moved into a different world now. In our world, we can
speak with others around the world instantaneously and split into
groups of specialized interests very easily. This is the natural
evolution of decentralized society, given rise to by the efficiency
of communication and transportation. As the world systems
have changed, the population has also changed. The singular
cohesive narrative of the ruling class has become often challenged
due to our easy access to information. The population is now
better informed than it ever was.

The US Constitution was written to take this phenomena into
account. We are united states, decentralized regions working
under the umbrella of the national government.

For us to look at the antiquated system of hierarchical centralization
as the path to the future is to ignore the reality of the world we
live in now and the world of the future. Quite simply, the world
has evolved past that.

What we need more of is good will, and an end to all wars through
negotiation and reconciliation. We need to learn to be good neighbors.
The idea of erasing national identity or even regional identity,
stamping out religious differences, and moving to an homogeneous
world state is the very definition of hell on earth. Current attempts
at moving us to this have resulted in the largest world-wide protests
in history, although downplayed and rarely covered by the corporate
media.

The past has been governance from the top down, centralization.
The future is governance by the citizenry from the bottom up,
decentralized. The role of a centralized umbrella governing
body is still essential as we transition, but will become less and
less crucial as time goes on.

This is not an ideology to be imposed, but one that is rapidly
evolving on it's own. The people inevitably have more power
than any institution.

Today, we see this in practice in the states of the US, where
the governors are in charge of their regions during the COV
pandemic. In some cases the people are protesting draconian
restrictions, addressing grievances on a local level. This is
effective governance in action.

Romans 13:10
Love does no harm to a neighbor. Therefore love is the fulfillment of the law.

Typhoid Mary could make the same argument of she were alive today.

Now we have asymptomatic people who can spread this disease. IMHO you describe what is actually protecting our community as a whole as being draconian restrictions. There is an epidemic of selfishness in this nation of epic proportions. There are times in life that we need to recognize the needs of others. Yet we post statistics of yearly death rates world wide, ignoring they are established statistics , where as Covid 19 has been around for about 6 months yet has 3,599,410 Cases and 249,745 Deaths from the COVID-19 Virus ... And a year is about half over. The transmissibility this virus must be beyond your understanding and comprehension. So what is your magic number?

Romans 12:9

And finally... Back to Romans 13:10

I would say that when people attend a church service
in their cars with the windows rolled up, listening to the
Pastor on the radio, who is preaching within sight - for those
people attending to be arrested or fined is Draconian.

I am not saying all of the protestors are right- you missed
my point. My point is that government on a local level puts
more power into the hands of the citizenry - a world centralized
government will remove that power.

Also consider that "absolute power corrupts absolutely."

I'm afraid the failure is mine, because I didn't adequately comment in all portions of your post. As I agree with much of what you said. My post isn't exactly a rebuttal, nor a condemnation of even the one phrase , I found that I wished to present another way of looking at, or a different perspective.

That phrase being...

"In some cases the people are protesting draconian
restrictions, addressing grievances on a local level. "

A phrase in which you did not provide context to, which you just did in your reply.

I think both of them s may not have understood each other's point. Or at least I can say, I didn't first seek to understand your post. Which I am at fault for, my apologies. I am really trying to learn and work on getting the redwoods out of my eyes. It is a work in progress.

Correction
Both of us, have not adequately understood the other. We understand objectively parts of each other's meaning. Which brings me to a new thought/question.

How many different levels of understanding are there and what time s thier relationship with each other and that of reality?

That is going to cook my noodle for sure

In this way, the COV has allowed us time for reflection.

We are limited by language, but still we can grasp the
others meaning - perhaps through intuition.

No need for apologies - arguments and contention are
what brings us closer to truth.

Spreading Covid
My cousin argued this morning that there were counties in Wisconsin without any Covid at all, and that the restrictions should therefore be lifted. I pointed out it was the restrictions that prevented the Covid there in the first place.

He said no, they should be able to lift restrictions on counties where there was no Covid. So then I asked, "you mean county border restrictions?"

We didn't get to finish that conversation, but it still seems to me he believes these Covid free counties should be encouraged to catch up to the Covid rich areas like in our Southern states.

I'm not sure if this is an anomaly, or if the people are already
in the habit of precautions like masks and gloves. While this
contrary information, I am just throwing it in the mix, and I
am not advocating for ending all lock downs.

There is interesting information emerging that in 2014/2015 the
US stopped Corona research in the US, because it was deemed
too dangerous. Thereafter, Dr Fauci moved the research to Wuhan
and secured a $1M+ US grant for them to continue. Dr Fauci
is also on record saying with certainty that there would be a
pandemic during the current administration. That was in 2017.
This needs to be thoroughly investigated.

I heard about Fauci .
I have read many of the same things about Fauci. It is disturbing , the things that he has been reported as saying. I don't believe the research was legally sent to Wuhan. Fauci is a troubling individual . I can remember seeing a movie called " The 12 Monkeys " with Christopher Plumber, Bruce Willis and Brad Pitt. It was a prophetic movie in some ways. Sci-fi. It is entertaining in some ways , while disturbing in others.

Bombshell
If you listen to the "experts" and the mainstream media
you may be taking your life in your hands. Information
is power, sometimes the power of life and death.

Dr Fauci's own organization, The National Institute of Health
stated in a published report that hydroxychloroquine with
azithromycin and zinc is effective in treating COV viruses.
Dr Fauci is the director of the NIH.
2005 report: www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov

So Dr Fauci has know, by virtue of his own federal institution's
report, that a viable treatment has been available for 15 years.

jamesfetzer.org
spectator.org

Note that some of the recent deaths have resulted from people
taking the drugs without doctor supervision. One couple even
read the label on their aquarium cleaner, saw that it was HCQ,
decided to drink it and died. These are powerful drugs and require
proper dosage and sourcing, as well as a doctor's supervision.

So, it would appear that Dr Fauci may have improperly continued COV
research in Wuhan, against a US ban; predicted the pandemic in 2017
with apparent certainty; and hid evidence published by his own Institute
that HCQ therapy can save lives.

So what are the real numbers and stats?

An article about this: trendingpolitics.com
lord_shiva

May be Safe?
No conclusions could be reached. The summary did not conclude this, mfrom your AHA journal citation:

Background - The novel SARs-CoV-2 coronavirus is responsible for the global COVID-19 pandemic. Small studies have shown a potential benefit of chloroquine/hydroxychloroquine ± azithromycin for the treatment of COVID-19. Use of these medications alone, or in combination, can lead to a prolongation of the QT interval, possibly increasing the risk of Torsade de pointes (TdP) and sudden cardiac death.

Methods - Hospitalized patients treated with chloroquine/hydroxychloroquine ± azithromycin from March 1st through the 23rd at three hospitals within the Northwell Health system were included in this prospective, observational study. Serial assessments of the QT interval were performed. The primary outcome was QT prolongation resulting in TdP. Secondary outcomes included QT prolongation, the need to prematurely discontinue any of the medications due to QT prolongation and arrhythmogenic death.

lord_shiva
06-May-20, 06:44

Secondary Outcome: Death
"QT prolongation is a measure of delayed ventricular repolarisation, which means the heart muscle takes longer than normal to recharge between beats. It is an electrical disturbance which can be seen on an electrocardiogram (ECG). Excessive QT prolongation can trigger tachycardias such as Torsades de Pointes (TdP)."

These are not positive outcomes, under treatment by qualified medical professionals. But Trump is a ringleader in manipulating public perception with his outright lies and deceptions.
classica
06-May-20, 06:47

The Qt prolongation is a concern and good reason
to be monitored during therapy; however, Fauci's
own government institute concluded this:

"Chloroquine, a relatively safe, effective and cheap drug used for treating many human diseases including malaria, amoebiosis and human immunodeficiency virus is effective in inhibiting the infection and spread of SARS CoV in cell culture. The fact that the drug has significant inhibitory antiviral effect when the susceptible cells were treated either prior to or after infection suggests a possible prophylactic and therapeutic use."

The actual risk appears to be less than what is thought by some.

Cell Cultures
Human beings are a wee bit different from petri dish cell cultures. Given it is a drug already that is reason enough to examine is effect. MOST clinical trials result in no discernible effect. Pinning hopes on this as justification for measures to increase exposure and viral death is simply unwise, and therefore at the top of Trump's agenda.

This article is very interesting about the information
warfare going on right now:
www.freerepublic.com

They are now using AI developed by DARPA - and now is open
source software - to reinforce a demoncrat narrative. They
enlisting 3M+ individuals (some paid) to help with this.

Meanwhile:
"Rep. Guy Reschenthaler (R-PA) told Breitbart News this weekend that House Speaker Nancy Pelosi would rather investigate President Donald Trump again than focus on the actual origins of the Chinese coronavirus and U.S. tax dollars that went to the Wuhan Institute of Virology from which intelligence officials increasingly believe the virus leaked.

Appearing on Breitbart News Saturday on SiriusXM 125 the Patriot Channel, Reschenthaler discussed his efforts to investigate tax dollars that flowed through a New York firm to the Wuhan lab. He said that Pelosi and House Democrats are not interested in holding the Chinese Communist Party accountable and, instead, want to focus their oversight efforts on politically harming President Trump again just like they tried and failed with the partisan impeachment last year and earlier this year."

LOL. As if the US gave any damn about your silly international laws. I mean, if WE signed a treaty with anyone, I'd want to make sure the paper was soft enough not to be abrasive on my bum when I put it to best possible use.

US treaties are good for kindling, and nothing else. We will do whatever we please--and the rest of the world can suck eggs and teach their grandmothers to do the same.
