clashofpawns is correct.
White seldom castles Q-side in this opening.The idea behind g3 is to take advantage of the weak white squares in Blacks position caused by f5. And central control in general. Also the Dutch is designed for a King-side Attack.It is very hard for Black to attack Whites King because of the Fianchettoed LSB. I play the Dutch myself,often, and am aware of it's strong and weak points.

I agree. Though ace-of-aces is a strong player so it's possible he has a unique idea here to defend his suggestion of queenside castling. I hope to hear it.
