One of the prime movers behind this is Nigel Short (apparently). They are in the process of putting together a calender of the worlds sexiest chess players. Oddly these all seem to be winning including an Estonian super model! There is probably a larger number of men playing the game of chess so does this decision to only include sexy women players indicate an inherent sexism in the chess world, or is it an admission that there are no sexy male chess players? There was no indication as to when this calender would be completed or where it is on sale.
