Getting Along with Others
A new policy in this club is that people have to get along with one another. This issue has unfolded in one or two other clubs, one of which I was a moderator of. I have also seen people argue at work, but this is the kind of thing that I will not tolerate in this club. I cannot and will not be caught in the middle of an argument, regardless of who is right or wrong. Firstly, it causes me aggravation that I have to deal with what is unfolding. Secondly, this indirectly puts me under the gun and at risk of getting into trouble with GK since GK rules states that the club founder (which is me) will be sanctioned in the event there is any rule-breaking within the club; this is an outcome that I do not want. If anyone starts an argument or feud with another, he or she will be removed immediately even though the person starting the argument is right. If someone starts an argument with you, please do not argue back or you will be kicked out as well. Instead, report the matter to me or the moderators and appropriate action would be taken against the person who started the argument or feud forthwith. We are here to become stronger chess players and improve our overall games, not argue with others.

I have another new rule. After what happened earlier, and a couple of months, the new deal is that no one is allowed to spread a false rumor about member. This will be looked as a personal attack, and if I found that you're spreading rumors about me or another member, I will remove that person immediately. This is a friendly club, and the last thing I need is to have other people feel uncomfortable just because he or she decided to attack another member.
