theroadto2000 05-Dec-16, 11:19	format The format of gameknot is that games could take months. Mainly because of time zone issues. I mean who wants to be up in the middle of the night playing chess. Unless you are at work or something. So i know that time is an issue. As a club I don't think we are developed enough to challenge other clubs. So this is the issue I am tackling. Personal development well is personal everyone follows their own guidance. Teams have to work together in order to function as a team. Which means getting to know how each member plays. How everyone gels together. Now I am not sure that a tournament will solve that especially if everyone is not involved. Since time is an issue. Lets discuss that.
falcon67 05-Dec-16, 11:39	I have another idea that could work.We could play two games against a club member.One as white and one with the black pieces.Of course the two players should be evenly matched .According to the club members rating.How does this sound.
