baddeeds 29-Jun-17, 08:46	In other words, it's a 5 minute blitz game. And, Joe sacrifices his Queen for a pawn by the third move and is able to win. I have learned a lot from those games. What I liked even more about this example is that I was able to create a chess problem from that game.

archduke_piccolo 29-Jun-17, 14:54	TA... ... stands for a dude hight tactical_abyss though I rather think he no longer plays under that name on GK. He did operate under the handle wrecking_ball for a while. He had a thing about playing Blitz games in which he would sac a Q on f7 at move 4 or 5 and then go on to win. Impressively, he'd win such games against pretty strong opposition, too. But I was never very clear what his 'point' (if there were any) was. By giving up a Q for nothing much, he placed himself in the position of 'I won because I'm clever' or 'I lost because I was without my queen'. Whether or not he had any such thoughts in his own mind, that is the way it looks. But then, I never played in any such games against him.
