Answer
Directly under the board you will see

[<<][ < ][ > ][ >>]
Reset • Flip • Print • FEN • Options…
Setup Board • Save/Export ▼

(Click on • Flip)

Key
1) [<<] Takes current position back to the starting position of the game.
2) [ < ] go back one ply/ or half move, also known as take back move. (previous move) in the game.
3) [ > ] go forward one ply/ or half move (Next move) in the game.
4) [ >>] Forward to final position of the game.
5) Reset / On the practice board this option Resets the board, erasing all previous moves from memory. (Only works on the practice board)
6) Flip /Flip perspective (if you were viewing white you will now be viewing as black etc.
7) Print /This pulls up the current board position in a printer friendly window allowing you to print the position.
8) Fen / Forsyth–Edwards Notation gives board position in Fen notation ( I recommend that you learn fen. It is a great way to write down any chess position and is easy to learn. Example fen of starting position rnbqkbnr/pppppppp/8/8/8/8/PPPPPPPP/RNBQKBNR w KQkq -
9) Options / allows you to adjust how the board is displayed with limited options
10) Setup Board / Allows you to set up any position on the board.
11) Save/Export / Gives you various self explanatory options to save the current game or print a diagram. This is great if you keep a chess notebook of your team games.
