That's a bit of an over-reach, Mo. Until they actually DO something unlawful or threaten to do so, or are otherwise certified by appropriate authority as unfit to possess a firearm, they are only expressing a political opinion.
But they certainly shouldn't be cops. A Law Enforcement Officer who asserts that he is himself the arbiter of what laws are 'constitutional' has thereby renounced his oath. The Constitution itself places this power in the Supreme Court, not in any scratched-together tinpot collection of backwoods rednecks.

I believe one of the Sheriffs in the association is the guy who has close ties to the Michigan 13 "club".
Smart bad cops wouldn't have exposed themselves to that association, but this 400 is just the tip of the iceberg.

<unfit to possess a firearm> Rational regulations on firearms would classify these cuckoos as unfit to possess a gun. Till that day, "shouldn't be allowed to own guns" is not an overreach.
