She’s a cool old broad
Open minded but still old fashioned. Her husband of 70+ years (!!!!) died last year. She doted on her baby brother, my dad, who died in 2019 - it really broke her up when dad died.
She and I have grown much closer the last 10 years. We talk on the phone every couple weeks. It blows me away how sharp she still is.
