1. Treaties between Arab states and Israël.
What about the killing of the Palestinians including journalists, children ?
2. North Korea is not stopping its nuclear policy.
3. The beefing of the defense of NATO members is very partially due to Trump - Putin is for the most part responsible of it.
4. Unemployment : I do not know for sure the result for USA - As for the minorities "Black lives matter" and the riots which followed prove that he didn't solve the problem.
5. Average family incomes in the US : at least partly due to COVID measures which have been taken in most countries - Yet, I acknowledge that this has probably be done better in the US than in France.

The real danger is to enlarge the gap in the society and to propagate hate messages against migrants, minorities and suspicion regarding democracy (deep state, various plot theories...), the speeches against other countries, which will increase their hate of the West as well as the deny of climate change and other environmental problems.

1) What killing of Palestinians? You want to blame the hatred and ongoing killing there that has been going on for centuries on Trump? I don't even know which atrocity you are talking about... give me a good date & time refence and a way to understand what you are talking about please.

2) North Korea resumed operation just after we gave up $80 billion dollars of military hardware to our enemies in Afghanistan. Why wouldn't they?

3) Trump "encouraged" to pay their fair share, but he had kept Putin quiet so there was no urgency. Now that Putin is threatening war with Europe, there is some urgency and they are complying.

4) Trump did not solve THAT problem. THAT problem is caused by the Progressive/Liberals (far leftist American Marxists) in this country. But, if you check the stats you will see that Black unemployment was at about a 60 year low, Black household wages had increased and the wage gap had closed. You will also see that Black owned homes were at an all-time high, at least for about the last 60 years.

5) same answer as #4.

The real danger is to believe all you read and hear from the MSM. There is a big difference between welcoming LEGAL immigrants and trying to stop ILLEGAL immigration. In the NG club, I have explained many times that ILLEGAL immigration is harmful to all concerned and that LEGAL immigration is welcomed.

You seem to have misunderstood what has been said and written by conservatives, and especially by Trump. I am not surprised as our MSM is a very corrupt and evil group, except for a few. You really can't trust most of them or those partisan pundits on the cable news.

These conservatives just make conspiracies and fake facts. For example the black wage gap did not disappear under Trump as claimed:
www.epi.org. It’s always best to fact check what they say. If they can’t produce the valid evidence I assume they believe their propaganda but they are wrong.

What a strange addition to the discussion by dmaestro. It appears to have no bearing on the discussion. I daresay we have a troll on the loose.

If you look at the second article you posted in order to try and find error in my post, you'll see that it was posted 9/12/2018... well before Trump's agenda had an real effect on the economy. The average increase in Black incomes, home ownership, and the reduction in the wealth gaps began to be noticeable in his last two years... 2019, 2020.

So nice try but you fail to make any valid point.

Black workers have made no progress in closing earnings gaps with white men since 2000

This week, the Census Bureau released its report on incomes, earnings, and poverty rates for 2017. Most analysis has paid particular attention to the changes between 2016 and 2017, but this post takes a deeper look at earnings by race and gender over a longer period of time—since 2000—to paint a more complete picture of what has happened over the last full business cycle (2000-2007) plus the most recent recession and recovery (2007-2017). Since 2000, wages have been generally stagnant, and large gaps persist by race and gender, despite an expanding and increasingly productive economy.

Well, I will bet that many more Blacks vote for Trump this next time rather than vote for Biden.

softee's bet
We don't yet know if either trump or Biden will be running in 2024, softee.

Are you factoring-in better's odds for that, soft?
And: How many "many more" are you offering to improve the odds even better.

So: you can get your math numbers together, I might be interested in the wager --- How much ya got to lose, Bubba?

We'll see if either or both run much less win the party nomination in 2024. That would be interesting if they did.

Neither Biden or Harris will be running in 2024. The Dems will see to that.
It will probably be Trump or Desantis for the Reps.

My real questions were for Ptitroque. I would have liked to have understood his distain for Trump.
So far, I see no explanation with reasons why he dislikes Trump.

- Trump's attitude toward Iran is dangerous.
- hate speeches are dangerous
- denying climate change is dangerous for humanity
- spreading plot theories is dangerous for democracy
- advocating private war weaponry is dangerous

"America first" "Deutschland über alles" "Great Russia" etc. are dangerous concepts.

Thanks for the reply and list. It would have helped some if you had expanded on those items to clarify better what you mean, what Trump said or did specifically that you don't like, but I will try to work with it.

"Trump's attitude toward Iran is dangerous."
Well Iran HATES the USA (and Israel), call us the Big Satan, and wants to wipe Israel off the map (and us after that). I'd call that "dangerous", wouldn't you?

"hate speeches are dangerous"
Yes, I can agree with that. However, what do you call hate speech? Do you have a specific in mind? Do you possible confuse your "hate speech" with simply "Free Speech" based on opinion? What biases do you bring to the table in determining what is hate speech?

"denying climate change is dangerous for humanity"
Yes, I can agree with that. But before we take action we need to be certain what actions to take based on the cause(s). There are many possible causes and the contribution percent provided by each has not even been determined. The discussion could be about the ill effects on humanity should we jump to the wrong conclusion too early, or even if we jump to the right conclusion but utilize the wrong repair.

"spreading plot theories is dangerous for democracy"
That depends on the plot theory and what the ramifications are if true or if not true and what is done about it. Which plot theory are you specifically thinking of? Is it the debunked "Russia Collusion Theory" approved by HRC and funded by the DNC? Was it either of the two phony Impeachment trials are their charges?

"advocating private war weaponry is dangerous"
I have NO idea what you are talking about here. Please explain.

"America first" "Deutschland über alles" "Great Russia" etc. are dangerous concepts."
I'm not so sure I can agree with that. Isn't the government of any country tasked with promoting the well being of their own citizens first? Certainly every other country protects their borders from invasion. We should be able to do that. Certainly every other country promotes the rules, regulations, taxes, that improve the economy of the country to the best that they can. France does too, right?

So how is advocating for the benefits of your own people dangerous?

The existential threat posed by Christian Nationalism/Christofascism should worry anyone who isn’t a right wing extremist. As we see from the alliance between Conservapedia and Putin. We can’t allow freedom of religion to blind us to the threat they pose.
