NO SPEAKING YOUR MIND IS ALLOWED HERE
An person who will remain anonymous was recently asked to express their personal views on subjects which they immediately perceived were politically "hot potatoes".

Instead of speaking their mind freely they offered this rationale;

"so, I do not see me saying much about politics ..talking to groups does not work for me anymore.

when it starts, the guns will do all the talking.

America is not a place where opinions on politics can be shared anymore....so"

Gentlemen and ladies, that comment just punched me in the guts!

In a world where now speaking one's mind gives pause because you first have to find your firearm in order to see if it's loaded before speaking reeks, just REEKS of TOTALITARIANISM!

And that is where the American Democratic Party is trying to lead the United States of America.

Comments on this subject and welcome, please?

will he win again this year... probably yes.. am I supporting him ? that will be determined the day I cast my vote.

Which remarks exactly are you looking at here, Fox? Are you aware Woodward had sat on that "defaming info" for at least four months? This "bombshell" info coincides with the publication of his book, hmm. This should tell you something. Also, wouldn't that info have saved lives? Is Job interested in truth or making money?

Other's testimony refute Woodward's accusations;

"Exclusive: Top health officials defend Trump against Bob Woodward's coronavirus claims"

President Trump’s most senior health officials leaped to his defense against allegations that he mishandled the COVID-19 pandemic, insisting that he based his decisions on the best scientific advice and saved lives.

Trump has been under intense pressure ever since it emerged in Bob Woodward’s book Rage that the president knew the virus was airborne and highly contagious, even as he sought to reassure the public that its risk was limited.

The result was a slew of claims that he lied to the country and failed to meet the basic responsibilities of his office.

CDC Director Dr. Robert Redfield said in a statement, “President Trump has sought the counsel of the White House task force doctors throughout the COVID-19 response. He has relied on the data and science, presented to him at that time, to make decisive decisions to protect the health and safety of the American people.”

So, who's do you think is more believable? Woodward of the American health officials?

As for the "death meter" goes, did you hear about the CDC revising the Covid death rates? The lying Mainstream Media is not reporting that either.

The Media has NOT been Fair on how they report what President Trump is doing. It you would look you up would fine Trump has been Very busy fulfilling how promises to America's citizens.

Hope that helps you make the right decision on Nov 3.

These are all things for consideration

Social Security is going to be compermised sooner than expected?

Is the national debt a real concern?

2nd amendment is it at risk if Biden wins?

so much political discussions going on now

defense spending who will control the House?

2020 will be a big election and the undecided will be the deciders this year
All I can say for sure is get out and vote. Not voting is not the answer

American Current Culture War Centered on Two Basic Issues
"America’s Biggest Issues"

The Top Issues Facing Our Nation

The Heritage Foundation is shining a light on America's biggest issues so that we can begin to work together on solutions. Learn more about health care, immigration, spending, election integrity, and other important topics.

America's Biggest Issues: Conservatism vs. Progressivism

youtu.be

Conservatives (1) say people should have choices. Progressives (2) say one political solution fits all. The Heritage Foundation’s Genevieve Wood (3) explains three fundamental differences between being a Conservative and being a Progressive. America's Biggest Issues: Health Care

youtu.be

Most Americans agree that the health care (5) system in the United States is in need of an overhaul. What many are not in agreement on is how best to do it. As we weigh our options, The Heritage Foundation's Genevieve Wood explains a few basic facts you need to know. Read more: The Right Way to Overhaul Our Health Care System (6)

America's Biggest Issues: Immigration

youtu.be

Immigration (7) is one of the fundamental building blocks that help make America the unique nation that it is. But the debate over border security and immigration has become toxic because politicians have put politics before principles. And reasonable Americans find themselves trapped between zealots on both sides. So what does a thoughtful agenda for American immigration reform look like? The Heritage Foundation’s Genevieve Wood takes us through four guiding principles to keep us focused on what is best for the welfare of all Americans, both those of today and those of the future. America's Biggest Issues: Religious Freedom

youtu.be

The first amendment to the United States constitution begins, “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof…” Fast forward almost 250 years and religious freedom (9) is one of the most pressing issues in American culture today. The Heritage Foundation’s Genevieve Wood takes a look at some of the concerns surrounding this debate and how, ultimately, everyone benefits from religious freedom. America's Biggest Issues: Marriage

youtu.be

Families are the building blocks of civilization. They are personal relationships but they greatly shape and serve the public good. Strong families (11) make for strong communities. Conversely, family breakdown harms society as a whole. That’s why America’s declining marriage rate is a real problem. The Heritage Foundation’s Genevieve Wood explains that it’s an undeniable fact that the best chances for financial success, emotional well-being, and good health for both parents and children happen when parents are married and families are intact. America's Biggest Issues: Education

youtu.be

American colleges and universities (13) are failing in one of their most basic missions: to equip students with the tools they need for a career. The Heritage Foundation’s Lindsey Burke (14) explains how to stop the sharp rise in both college tuition and student debt by getting the federal government out of the student loan business. America's Biggest Issues: Environment

youtu.be

We’re now being told we only have 12 years to combat climate change (16) and the solution is to fundamentally dismantle the system of free enterprise. That means Washington controls things like how we produce our energy, what food we eat and what type of cars we drive. The question is, even if we believed their alarmist, catastrophic predictions, would their proposals work? The Heritage Foundation’s Nick Loris helps dispel some environmental myths, and explains how America can ensure affordable, reliable, and cleaner energy by keeping our economy growing. America's Biggest Issues: Spending

youtu.be

Despite their promises to the contrary, every year, politicians continue to spend hundreds of billions of dollars (19) more than the government takes in. And every year, they put it on the national credit card and the bill grows bigger. That bill currently averages $67,000 for every single American. If you’re a family of three, that’s over $200,000. The Heritage Foundation's Romina Boccia (20) explains how it’s not too late to save the incredible promise that is America. But first, we have to get convince leaders to end their runaway spending habits and adopt spending controls. Read more: Reforming Reckless Government Spending (21).

America's Biggest Issues: Welfare

youtu.be

When President Lyndon Johnson launched his War on Poverty in the 1960s, he pledged to eliminate poverty in America. But more than five decades, several welfare (22) programs, and $25 trillion later, the welfare system has largely failed the poor. The Heritage Foundation’s Genevieve Wood explains that the United States currently spends about a trillion dollars a year on over 90 different federal, state, and local welfare programs. Yet around 12 percent of Americans are still considered poor. We are clearly spending a lot of money so why do we still have such a high poverty rate? Read more: How to Fight the War on Poverty (23)

(23). www.heritage.org

America's Biggest Issues: Election Integrity

youtu.be

Contrary to the claims of many on the left, voter fraud (24) is a very real problem. When someone commits voter fraud, the process is no longer fair, everyone’s vote gets diluted, and in some cases, election results are changed.

The Heritage Foundation’s Hans von Spakovsky (25) explains that in the freest nation in the world, our system of government and our very liberty depend on free and fair elections. (26) Whether they’re selecting a mayor or the president of the United States, every American must be able to trust the process, or the democratic system itself breaks down.
