I know this might be controversial but by placing ladies in the Supreme Court you could be setting a precedent for a dangerous situation. Ladies do sometimes attract bears during certain times of the month and I would hate to subject the court to animal attacks when in session.
I know she is conservative and would make a great justice but you have to run a risk reward model and think of the big picture.
