redfoxrising 18-Dec-21, 19:57	Fast Food I had Burger King today, had a whopper with no mayo fries and a Diet Coke Got it home and used my own Helmens Mayo. I used the phone app and bought 2 of these meals for our dinner tonight. I have the McDonalds App and have not used it all week because I knew I was going to have the Burger King today. I did have a lettuce wrap mid week from Jimmy Johns, They are known for being freaky Fast so I have to say they are another fast food company. Who else eats fast food and how often?
stalhandske 18-Dec-21, 20:05	I think the 'fast food' is sometimes a far too negative concept! Fast food need not be bad for health, neither for taste! From a health (and why not taste) viewpoint, I think it is important to switch 'fast food' items thoroughly, so that one often enough changes the 'Burger King' to a platter of sushi!

redfoxrising 25-Dec-21, 19:02	I made all the meals today from scratch. yesterday I made cookies and a desert made with pecans and slivered almonds. I think tomorrow I will buy some walnuts. Last night I bar b qued steaks today I baked a ham.

redfoxrising 26-Dec-21, 13:13	that sounds good I'm thinking about making a ham spread. The ham bone is going to be used for soup. I need to use the steak tonight for dinner. On vacation till 2022.
pawntificator 26-Dec-21, 23:01	I'll order a pizza and some wings about once a month. Otherwise I cook at home every night. And I'm a pretty good cook. But I am terrible at doing dishes. But I've gotten a little lazy on my salads lately because the grocery stores have such convenient little salad kits any more. But I still build one from scratch every week or two. I did order Chinese take out the day before Christmas, though, because there is a little place right outside the grocery store.
