Episode 8 (and 9)
Episode 8 is the last one and centered on the WTC. It is indeed very good, but I would hesitate to call it 'the best'. Apples and oranges . But I would again warmly recommend people to watch the entire series, because it is extremely good!
Episode 9 is for 16 minutes only, and not really part of the entire series
