hogfysshe 14-Jun-21, 06:20	if anyone wants to search, change the number at the end of the url (in LS's link), descending one at a time (1098, 1097, 1096, and so on), and you will find old closed and inactive clubs. some numbers will turn up nothing. but keep going... change the url to include the forum (-f, apparently), and you might get some of the old discussion. Here's the forum for that first fiat lux, for example gameknot.com

(or just pull up any club forum and change the number). not much left of that club's forum. gameknot.com coming up on the 10 year anniversary of Freddy's original "Walking The Walk Club," where I first met stal, archduke, and others. that was a good group. don't know why some forums lose more data than others after the club closes. gameknot.com

riaannieman 15-Jul-21, 02:30	I am sorry about that- I don't follow other clubs much. The only ones that I do are Club for General Discussion and the extension thereof- Gameknots Team Captains and followers , and some threads in the "THE TRAVELER'S SOCIETY OF CHRISTIAN PILGRIMS".

bobspringett 15-Jul-21, 03:51	I confess that... I was surprised to see Pawn accepted. His blatant trolling was one of the reasons I left NG. It's not a matter of 'accepting different opinions'. Lots of different opinions are accepted in this club. The problem that Pawn doesn't respect other opinions, and I believe he doesn't even state his own honest opinion. He just says whatever he thinks will offend. Good call, Stal.
5imon 15-Jul-21, 04:16	A number of posts were reported by gemfire. I deleted three of them since it's impossible know what was or wasn't said in this other club and what the truth of the matter was. Hopefully no offence taken lord_shiva?

zorroloco 15-Jul-21, 05:10	Gemfire reported the same post Three time in rapid succession. I asked him not to. He withdrew from the club and put me on ignore! Strange behavior
stalhandske 15-Jul-21, 05:19	I have looked at the large set of complaints by gemfire. None of them is valid under GK rules. I have already told him that a club member should first complain to the Founder or Moderators and not defecate in their own nest as he did. I also told him it was good he left, because had he not, I would have helped him in the process.
