![]() Since the April timeframe, I have been in contact with GK customer service regarding one of our players in this situation. Recently they contacted me with a fix. Mention "Re: support request #54557" and send them your players information. After verifying, they will manually on a case-by-case basis reverse the history and loss in standings for the involved player. Here is part of the trail of messages: Hello, marveagle, Thank you for following up. We were informed by the team that we will have to manually adjust for these instances. Would you be able to tell us the username of the user who was affected with timeouts? Please let us know, Best regards, GameKnot.com Hello, marveagle, Thank you for sending this over to us. We have created a ticket for our development team to adjust the rating for the user for the most recent timeouts.
