We are also looking for an experienced co-captain. Prefer someone who is interested in making fair pairings with other teams, as I do much of the new member communication. We are relaxed but limit players with time outs over 6%. New ideas to make our members experience better are always welcomed...

SWAT is also looking for a co-captain. I do a lot of work myself, but due to the time zones we need another co-captain to assist.

Advice
Well, there are two ways that you go, Riann. The first is by setting up and team invite and say that you're looking for a co-captain. But, my advice is to look for premium subscribers and then see who has the right premium membership. That is, who is a Platinum or Titanium subscriber. And, you might even want to post it in your team forum. And, that's because this is what I did to find a co-captain besides just Conrad. I hope this helps.

Yes thank you. Within team SWAT I have asked for volunteers, and although there are people who help me, they are not captains. Also, it is a GK rule that we are not allowed to "poach" players from other teams. There are plenty of my friends in other teams who have the higher levels of membership, but I can't ask them. So, the first option is exhausted. I'll think about a team invite. Meanwhile, I advertise here.

And, this is something that I would not have offered to find my my first co-captain. And, the reason why I didn't because I didn't know how to offer paying for someone's membership, without giving my credit card information. And, I am super careful of this kind of thing because of fraud. But, I know that there's a way. And, it seems like Joseph knows how to do this.
