I remember all.
We were on a mission with co captains on Triton to save run down teams and start some new ones .One team didn't play the game and i got accused of being unfair and they wonder why i ignore them but at the end of the day it's turned out good. as a reward for Tritons co captains for their service on the team the co captains got a team each.
Memories...would i do it again? too old now.

New Member on the Team Club
Hello
My name is James and I am looking to be a Team co Captain. I have thought about this and I don't wish to be in a massive team, just a Team of 20 to 50 or so members.

My rules are that I will easily and fairly take a Team to number ONE many times
second rule is the Captain will pay for my upgrade to be a co Captain
3rd rule is I was trained many years ago by mikemate and after I assisted him
I assisted other Teams and smashed there old records at getting to number ONE
So the 3rd rule is "we as a Team must try hard to SMASH Team Records"
4th Rule is "All Team Games Must Be Fair Always" And I know a lot about THAT!

Kind Regards!
James

Life time GK member here
Hello, some of you might know me already. I've posted in the past on various forums, but not for many years. Just lurking and reading whatever I find most interesting.

I was the original founder and captain of Team Reality Check. After I met my husband, sacsandviolence, a very good chess player, I convinced   him to take over our team captainship. Being a captain is hard work, and at this point I'm too old and too tired for captaining anymore.

I still enjoy playing a few rated games, and many more unrated games.
I'm curious if anyone else on GK has a partner at home who plays chess or are Jon and I the odd couple here?
