CoroVirus Circulation V
It appears that Victoria Australia has a very low count ..14 days..no new contacts and no deaths...
|
|
California is getting more cases than most countries right now...the little I would go out has been cut down to nothing as there is pretty much a lockdown right now for the state. Hopefully the vaccine will start making a difference in the numbers soon.

Texas & Mississippi
Abbott and the Mssissippi governor decided infection rates were too low and more people needed to die. A side bonus is the potential for the virus to evolve a more lethal strain.

hi guys , new zealand here ,
Our borders are closed and community transmission of covid in all its forms are zero / and vaccines are on their way for the entire nation / gary

We heard today in the UK parts of Europe are having a third wave and it's " expected to wash up on our shores " Being an island you'd think we could stop it ....not
|
|
My thoughts are if they get there stuff right we should be taking a pill not a jab and instead of having a miss and a maybe, get it right..before you start pushing something that already has issues.
|
|
I don't understand why so many people I know are weary of getting a jab , it's the same as the flu vaccination I've had mine with no dramas Because Europe don't like the Brits we've been smashing the vaccines and over 31 million people have now had their first dose .... things are reopening here I'm desperate to watch a concert a football match and have a pint with mates

African Americans don't like getting jabbed because they have a history of being experimented with. And the reality is that Covid 19 vaccines are a bit worse experience than flu shots. After that: About 30% of Americans refuse to get a shot or even wear a mask because they're trump lickers (See USA politics) and another 15% believe that they can command God to to fix the problem for them. www.youtube.com

Most of us have seen the press whoop'la about pills for covid 19 immunity, but the deeper news is that pills don't seem to work well against RNA type viruses.

Your remark about Afro Americans is a bit distasteful.... but your American so not unexpected ... I guess it's different over "your side " In the UK we are using 2 vaccines , to be honest my experience with the flu jabs is worse , I never had a problem with the covid jab I have a mask exemption but I choose to wear one .... I hate to admit it but the Russians have a great system of encouraging shoppers to wear masks ( prank) youtu.be

Distasteful as it might seem, American Blacks will tell you exactly that once you get to know them, and that's directly from the horses mouth. It's quite typical for a people to distrust a country that enslaved them and/or saw them as less than human --- Especially in America where racism is still raging out of control.

When I was 14 I attended a school near Farmington Michigan USA ... it was the first time I heard the word racism .... I never understood it then , it made no sense ... you presume I don't know what I'm talking about ... unfortunately I do I just don't try to explain it ... fortunately I was brought up not to see colour , I'd be two faced if I did Apparently there's no institutionalised racism over here I don't believe that either

Well. To me: It's easy enough to see skin color differences and athletic prowess differences, etc. This link satisfies both. en.wikipedia.org

I don't think we should be discussing this to be honest , some of your terms are different to those I'd use You see colour I see the person it's probably a fundamental difference between us , not sure about your wiki link I'm a fan of a different era he's slightly older than me but a phenomenon, there's a series on Netflix about him I'd recommend en.m.wikipedia.org G.O.A.T I apologise for going off covid topic

I look through the color to see the person. The color, although obvious, is unimportant to me.
