![]() Long time follower of discussions, first time poster as this is something that really bothers me. After you go through the trouble of setting up a match only to get the above message in as little as two minutes after the other team has accepted your challenge. Me personally I try my very best not have the same player in two pending matches unless I know it's a player who handles many team games. If it's been a few hours I understand, but at least give the other team time to respond. Thoughts? |

![]() If I can’t immediately, I’ll put the team down in my ‘Notes’ on my profile to challenge when I can. Eventually a match gets started in 99% of cases. |

![]() I was hoping I just couldn't figure it out seems you really have to know your team members and ask them how many games they want for their max. I've noticed the number of days for moves being asked for when pairing up for fair matches with-in 50 ELO in last 90 days. Once you communicate with your team the data can be added to your team page by the captain. I just started being a Co-Captain and so far, it's not too hard. |

![]() How do I see each players max preference?" @ redfoxrising You can create a database for your own players by noting the number of team games they have when they are maxed out. Also, free players max out total games at 12 or 13 - so if a player has 10 games and one match pending they will max out if the match is accepted. Same applies for premium players at 50 or 100 games. Overall, there is no way to avoid matches getting cancelled, but these tips may help a bit to minimize it. |
