![]() For me at Triton, unfortunately they are very inactive right now. I have done things before that include team tournaments, vote games against other teams, and just chatting in general. I even told non premium members that they could participate if they wanted me to post messages for them. Unfortunately, for me it is very difficult to keep up with because of being a lone captain of a large team. I have to focus on keeping team matches up. I'm sure many teams have the same issue of inactive forums, but I have wondered before, who does actually have active forums? I do think that makes a positive difference in having an active team forum for members to participate in. |

![]() I do still believe in an active forum and one day when I form my own team again I intend on making forum participation mandatory to an extent. Basically it means that every month I'll check the forum and remove from the team anyone who hasn't posted in the last three months. This may mean that the team won't be very competitive, but it will be a tighter group of people. |

![]() I would definitely like to get my own team forum more active, and I know ways I can do it. Sustaining it seems to be the biggest problem. |

![]() Only 3 of 45 team members responded to my link on my forum asking players to message me if they are reading it. I sent a message directly to each team member explaining the use of links & describing what they'd find on the team forum & team page. Included footnote in about a dozen languages (thanks, Google Translate!) that I'd translate if desired. No responses. I have been sending congratulatory messages directly to winners of matches & most are surprised at our ladder position. Hopefully this will inspire some team-ness. |

![]() I’ve done vote games in the past that got decent recognition, and other ideas I had include publicly recognizing more achievements the team makes, other than reaching #1 on the Team Ladder (matches completed milestones, win streaks, just to name a couple), and then just chatting with the team in a simple general discussion. I also remember Fred did games like ‘4 Word Add On’, so things like that would also be options. I do want to directly message others as well on the team when it comes to achievements and other important matters, but of course then I must be careful about mass messaging thanks to Gameknot’s spam rule. So yeah I have ideas, but as I said, being able to sustain this kind of commitment would be difficult. I would like to put someone else in charge of something like this, but I don’t have anyone interested in that right now. |

![]() Both times only about 1/3 responded. Nature of the beast. We do have an active forum and one thread was started the morning of our first day and it is still active (somewhat). Title "Jeffery Xiong - I have to share this." A name to remember? |
