Hulk Hogan is the right era, but wrong wrestler. Here is a hint: who was just as big as Hogan at that time?

right then, how about Sci-Fighters starring Rowdy Roddy Piper or are we talking "big" wrestler such as Andre the Giant?

Roddy is Right! However, wrong film. Here is another hint: recall a scene where he puts on sunglasses, and suddenly, there is all this subliminal writings under all the advertising, and a strange dish on top of the lamp post saying, "Stay asleep, stay asleep."

How about First Encounter? It was also billed as Morale Code.

I am practically giving ti to you!
Okay, this was Roddy's first movie that was not some low-budget trash, like "Hell Comes to Frog Town," (that was his first movie, but no one saw it, or cared. Piper swears to this day that it was his evil twin, and not him.) Director, John Carpenter, circa 1987.

Then it has to be They Live. So bad, it's good Though, it's been a while since I've seen it and didn't remember Mr Piper in it.

He was the lead, and, DING DING DING, we have a whinna! Over to you Mozz!
|
|
I'll have to watch it again sometime. OK next one... Man 1: "there's someone I'd like you to meet." Man 2: "Oh, nice guy, I hope. Everybody's trying to kill me lately."
|
|
Anyone want to take a blind stab at this? (was that a clue?)

I'm grabbing at straws, here.

|
OK then, a generous quote to help you...
Man 1: I don't wanna hear about this blind man! What are you doing? Taking the stuff we're supposed to be selling? Man 3: No, I... Man 1: Oh, shut up, Ed! If you can't handle it, get me somebody who can! Get me Bruce Lee! Man 3: Bruce Lee is dead. Man 1: Then get his brother!
