"Removed from the team" just doesn't sound harsh enough, John. How about "Thrown into the Caspian Sea" or "Given swirlies until they beg for mercy", or "Forced to listen to the entire library of Yanni CDs"...
Sorry to make light, just in a weird mood. I support this new rule, and hope that the Rookers will live in peace and harmony with it until the apocalypse claims us all.

Instead of "removed from the team", how about:
Tie them to a chair and force them to watch 'The Making Of Ishtar 2'
