How can we determine FISA abuse ? We are all aware that Steele Dossier is a hoax but if it is used to obtain FISA warrant and spy on Trump, then Democrats are breaking the law. We all are protected by 4th Amendment of US constitution; that is unreasonable search and seizure. How the previous Obama administration obtained the FISA warrant is still a mystery. Until the FISA warrant is declassified and publicly known, we will not know how the Mueller investigation started. How can one say that the investigation was not launched because of the dossier ? |

Trump has the authority to fire Mueller when the Russian hoax investigation was going on. Trump knew that he was falsely accused of Russian collusion and yet he could not fire him to stop the nonsense. Why could not Trump fire him ? The reason is simple. He consulted with former White House counsel lawyer, Don McGhan whom I believe advised Trump against firing Mueller. If Trump fired Mueller, Democrats would win because they could claim that Trump was obstructing the justice and will have a case for impeachment. Even without firing Mueller, Democrats are still clamoring that Trump had Russian collusion and obstruction of Justice. McGhan did the right thing and saved Trump but he had to resign since Trump was so furious on him. We will see soon the inner and sinister workings of the Hillary's Deep State, when the FISA warrant abuse started, that is, how the Mueller investigation originated is publicly made known. |
