So I ask again, "Which enemy or enemies of the United States was 'adhered to' or given 'aid and comfort'? When were these persons/entities declared to be 'enemies' of the United States and by whom, acting under what authority?" You allege that the government is 'not defending the borders', and that false assumption vitiates everything that follows from it. Someone who enters claiming to be a refugee and seeking asylum is recognised by international law as an asylum applicant until processing determines otherwise. They are not defined as 'enemies', so the first part of your response is irrelevant to the question. The rest of the question has not even been attempted. I understand that you are angry, even outraged. But outrage is no substitute for clear thinking. Perhaps you have swallowed a few too many lies, and are outraged at the wrong target. Try thinking instead. As for your 19:42 responses, I understand why you would want to add emphasis by repeating the same thing four times. Perhaps you might ponder how Trump sat on his hands while COVID established itself throughout the country BEFORE there was a vaccine available. And how so many Republicans still resist any moves to protect American citizens against COVID. According to Trump:- Covid is a fake pandemic, a beat-up that will gone by Easter 2020, and was designed by the Chinese to destroy America (fake pandemics can kill a lot of people, you know!) and the Democrats to make Trump look bad (more than half a million dead Americans is nothing compared to the outrage of making Donald look bad, even though they're not really dead, all those coffins were empty, you know!). It was brewed up in a Chinese laboratory funded by Dr. Fauci, an evil genius who has masterminded this plague that doesn't really exist, and who is the guy who Trump listens to all the time except when he's listening to someone else. But don't worry! Trump has an absolutely brilliant team working 24/7 to find a vaccine for this disease that doesn't really exist, and has given heaps of taxpayers money to Big Pharma to do what they were already doing anyway, even though they knew all along that COVID didn't exist, but it secured Naming Rights. This vaccine, which is going to be incredibly effective against a non-existent disease, is being put through the regulatory process at Warp Speed, except for the regulators who are doing their best to delay it just to make Donald look bad (see above). It will be out before the election, a date which has absolutely nothing to do with anything, but if it doesn't make that critical deadline it will be too late for everyone to see how brilliantly Trump has conquered a disease that is a hoax and no-one will hear about it after the election. But now the election has come, been stolen and gone, Covid is now worse than ever! So don't get vaccinated for free, instead overdose on horse de-wormer. And remember, even though COVID is everywhere among the population of Americans, there's no need to wear a mask in someone else's shop. Anyone who asks you to do so is trampling on your rights by insisting on his own rights instead. Just be careful not to allow into the country anyone from anywhere that might have the virus while crowding into places like Trump rallies where you will come within touching distance of dozens of COVID carriers. They make up less than 1% of organised crime in the United States, and most of that relies on coercion via blackmail (see 'Sex Traffickers' above). An amnesty is the last thing this crowd wants, because it takes away their power. Rapists? Of course! We all know that American citizens don't commit rape! Get serious; if someone wanted to get away with rape, then their best hope is to stay in Central America and join the police force of one of the American-backed dictators.
