How the story went...
The Angel came to earth to console Dr. Pekkes Nemol, the highest ranking nuclear (scientist) with a super intelligence and a personality in the Banana Republic of Osep and the angel saw some potential worth saving but didn't have enough money to persuade the most valuable defector to the CIA. So, to avoid penalties of perjury, he is going to have to get rid of those encrypted data files he saved . The moment a police officer runs these files through unshredders, his reputation will be caught or implicated in the extraction of surreptitious photographs depicting illicit activities among participating covers and compromise all the work he'd stolen and hidden from more talented criminals .
The CIA's multi-million dollar effort to penetrate the underworld was revoked by Snowden types , and given that Osep now had the children controlled, criminals and terrorists were finding ........(followed by nonsensical entry).
The CIA needed every advantage it could to keep it's secrets hidden from Congress ....(the rest became a circus).....
