I have changed the name of the club........to Fair and Balanced Let's try to view both sides of every issue without degrading the other side. I have to say that more for myself then for anyone else........I will do my best to live up to this title. thank you for joining. |

Hi This is my first time in this forum--so go easy on me. I hope we all have fun and can walk down the merry path together hand-in-hand. No, fighting, no disagreements, just happy-happiness all the time. Kinda like how life is here in Iowa, no one ever disagrees. If they do, then we send them to Missouri, or some other God-forsaken rathole. Oh, sorry, oughtn't be name-calling on my first post. Hey, just a word about these smiley-faces , as a club, we should all use smiley-faces at the end of each paragraph. That way people will be reminded how Happy-happy we are here. And how about other facial expressions. Well, I can't think of any right now... yes, just smiley-faces... that is about it. I suppose that if I really put some effort forth, I could come up with a scenario wherein I could use a double smiley-face ), like if I was trying to make you guys laugh, but my joke really stunk... so that the double smiley-face would be like a bait to let you guys know that I was really being funny. Anyway, sometimes when I am sad, that is only when I have to travel outside the state of Iowa, but when that does happen, I will be sure NOT to post in here, 'cause I wouldn't want to type anything that would be sad or discouraging. Like our State song says, "Where never is heard A discouraging word, And the deer and the antelope, play" You know the song, right? Gosh, golly I think everyone knows that song! The imagery is just wonderful when I sing that song. You know the deer and the antelope, ....playing. Isn't it wonderful--can't you just see them outside in the lawn, playing 'til they're content, and the sun gently sets in the West. Gosh, just wonerful. Ok, well, that is probably enough from me, I'll give some of the other members a chance to chime in on their own happiness. |

Hi I seem to cause more trouble than is right for one person. I will try really hard not to do it again. Its like an addiction tho...sometimes you return to it like a dog to its vomit. I'm back! Been a while but I'm back. For those that don't know me, you're lucky for those that do, I'm sorry. As a world traveler and a man of many tallents (spelling and grammer not one of them: that's why the good Lord made Editors.) I bring a commen since attitude to the forum.
