Dear Mr Muttit,
I believe that what our beloved founder/leader/numerouno/el capitano was struggling to say was that in fact you have got a bye rather than you will have another one at some point in the future.
Then again, i'm not a mind reader, so what do i know.

Thats it, you've got it
iceberge

Yeh u cant do a knockout with 11 people so it means some people get a bye which means u just get into the next round without playing and then 3 people get knocked out and then it works with 8 people. Please accept my apology i did it in abit of a rush and didnt put it quite right but i thought u would of heard of someone getting a bye in a tourney before.

In the event of a draw in any of these games, will there be a replay, or will it go to some kind of sudden death decider?

Do you remember how long it took to get the idea of "byes" through to muttit. Are you brave enough to tell him that he might not have one now?
dylam
27-Jun-08, 04:55

is it too late to join?
iceberge
27-Jun-08, 14:15

lol well if dylam joins as well then that makes 16 in the tournament so everyone will play in the first round. so il be brave and tell him he dont have a bye anymore and has to play.

If patience is a virtue, why does it hurt?
"PATIENT" comes from Latin — patiens, derived from pati, suffer, which also sired "passion" that used to signify the suffering of martyrs, long before it got sexy. Certainly, the suffering came first; later came the quality of mind that allows you to put up with the pain.
